Important Announcement – Postponement of the SSAA NSW State Rimfire Benchrest & IRB Championships

Due to the recent and ongoing flooding that has heavily affected our region and neighbouring areas, many of the roads leading to and surrounding the range are still closed to traffic. As a result, we have been unable to access the range property to assess conditions or check for any potential damage.

This event received a fantastic response with strong nominations, and our branch and volunteers were eager to welcome competitors and run a great weekend of competition.

It is with great disappointment that we confirm the postponement of the event.

We are now planning to hold the championships during the long weekend in October. Final confirmation of the new dates will be made as soon as possible and the event will be re-advertised on Benchrest Australia.

While we understand this news may be disappointing, we appreciate your patience and support. The rescheduled event also presents a great opportunity for those who hadn’t yet nominated to join in and be part of what promises to be an exciting competition later in the year.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to the range once conditions have improved and a new date is set.
